Former commissioner of NYC's Administration for Children's Services (ACS), Jess Dannhauser, discussed promising trends and innovations in serving children, youth and families in and beyond the child welfare system that have been taking place over the past several years. He shared significant challenges that remain while offering suggestions for consideration when looking forward.
