The New York City Perinatal and Early Childhood Mental Health Training and Technical Assistance Center (TTAC) is excited to announce the Strong Foundations Fellowship Program.

Funded by the Administration for Children’s Services (ACS) in collaboration with the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, the Strong Foundations Initiative aims to expand perinatal and early childhood mental health services for NYC families while strengthening workforce development.

This high-impact initiative equips your agency to expand specialized perinatal and infant-early childhood mental health (P+IECMH) services by funding and training fellows working directly within your clinic.

The fellowship term is February 2027 – December 2028
